LOCATION

The land lies just to the west of Stithians a large residential village about 10 miles from Truro, 6 miles from Falmouth. (Grid Ref. SW 730 363)

DIRECTIONS

From the outskirts of Falmouth take the A394 Helston Road and after about 2 miles at Rame Cross turn right signposted Stithians and Stithians Reservoir. Follow this road for about 2 miles and the farm will be seen on the left hand side just before the village.

Full building drawings have been prepared for building regulation purposes for a timber framed house with stone faced walls and a slate roof, providing accommodation of 4 bedrooms, ensuite shower room and bathroom on the first floor, and lounge/dining room, entrance hall, kitchen/breakfast room, utility and office on the ground floor, with attached double garage.

An occupational restriction limits the occupation to persons working (or last working) at land associated with Tretheague, Stithians.

SINGLE PAYMENT/GRANTS
